In 2019, Lucid Liars arrived on the Scottish music scene, releasing the dual EPs ‘Two Ghosts’ and ‘Headlights’.

Influenced by bands such as Frightened Rabbit, Black Keys and Joy Division the band play indie rock driven by solid rhythmic grooves.

In 2020 through the pandemic the band released the single "Pretty Little Things", attracting attention on both sides of the Atlantic.

The band’s first album ‘Happy to Be Here.’ was released via Bandcamp on March 5th 2021 with the singles '3AM', 'Sad To Be Gone' and 'All My Time', igniting a worldwide fanbase.

Lucid Liars released their second album 'The Best Is Yet To Come' on Friday July 21st 2023, featuring the singles 'Better Days', 'Anodyne' and 'Eyes on You', showing the band have come in to their own sound.
